摘要
目的对分离自慢性肝病患者的泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌(XDRAB)进行耐药基因、菌株分型。方法来自于慢性肝病患者的XDRAB菌株62株,PCR法检测菌株耐药基因(OXA-51、OXA-23、GIM、OXA-58、IMP-R、VIM-2、OXA-24、VIM-1及SPMI基因),多位点序列分型(MLST)法对XDRAB菌株进行分型。结果62株XDRAB菌株中均表达OXA-51、OXA-23、GIM基因。62株菌株中表达OXA-58、IMP-R、VIM-2、OXA-24、VIM-1及SPMI基因的分别为51、35、22、17、15、14株,未见表达SIM-1基因的菌株。62株菌株中ST381型、ST425型、ST492型、ST464型、ST191型、ST208型、ST218型分别为15、12、11、7、6、4、1株,有6株菌株出现未知ST型(STx1~STx4),其中STx1型、STx2型、STx3型、STx4型分别为3、1、1、1株。结论XDRAB菌株中表达OXA-23和GIM、OXA-58、IMP-R耐药基因。XDRAB主要ST分型为ST381、ST425和ST492。
Objective The extensively drug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii(XDRAB)isolated from patients with chronic liver disease were genotyped.Methods Sixty-two strains of XDRAB were isolated from patients with chronic liver disease.The drug-resistant genes(OXA-51,OXA-23,GIM,OXA-58,IMP-R,VIM-2,OXA-24,VIM-1 and SPMI genes)were detected by PCR,and the multi-site sequence typing(MLST)method was used to type the XDRAB strains.Results Oxa-51,OXA-23 and GIM genes were present in all 62 XDRAB strains.There were 51,35,22,17,15 and 14 strains of OXA-58,IMP-R,VIM-2,OXA-24,VIM-1 and SPMI genes in the 62 strains,and no SIM-1 gene was found in the strains.Among the 62 strains,the number of ST381,ST425,ST492,ST464,ST191,ST208,and ST218 were 15,12,11,7,6,4,and 1,respectively.Six strains showed unknown ST-type(STx1-STx4),among which the number of STx1,STx2,STx3,and STx4 were 3,1,1,and 1,respectively.Conclusion OXA-23,GIM,OXA-58 and IMP-R drug-resistant genes are present in all XDRAB strains;the main ST types of XDRAB are ST381,ST425 and ST492.
