摘要
本文采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)建立了同时测定塑料包装进口白兰地中两种荧光增白剂迁移量的检测方法。进口白兰地中的荧光增白剂WS和PF经正己烷提取后,采用HP-5MS(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)色谱柱,选择离子模式,GC-MS测定,外标法定量。结果表明,白兰地中荧光增白剂WS和PF的迁移量的定量限(LOQ)分别为0.03mg/kg和0.05 mg/kg;质量浓度在0.05 mg/L^2.0 mg/L内呈良好线性关系,相关系数(r)均大于0.998;在0.05 mg/kg、0.1mg/kg、0.2 mg/kg浓度水平进行迁移实验,回收率平均值在80.5%~85.4%之间;标准偏差系数(RSD)范围在4.28%~8.57%之间。该方法净化效果好、灵敏度高,且快速简便,可应用于进口白兰地中荧光增白剂WS和PF迁移量的检测分析。
A method for the simultaneous determination of migration of two fluorescent whitening agents in imported brandy in plastic packaging was established by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Fluorescent whitening agents WS and PF in imported brandy were extracted by cyclohexane and ethyl acetate, and then were determined by GC-MS with HP-5 MS(30 m×0.25 mm× 0.25 μm) column. The results showed that the limits of quantification(LOQ) of fluorescence whitening agent WS and PF in brandy were 0.03 mg/kg and 0.05 mg/kg, respectively;the mass concentration of WS and PF was linear in the range of 0.05 mg/L-2.0 mg/L, and the correlation coefficients(r) were all greater than 0.998;the average recoveries ranged from 80.5% to 85.4% at the concentration levels of 0.05 mg/kg, 0.1 mg/kg and 0.2 mg/kg;and the relative standard deviation(RSD) ranged from 4.28% to 8.57%. The method is fast and simple with good purification effect and high sensitivity. It can be used to detect the migration of fluorescent whitening agent WS and PF in imported brandy.
