摘要
信息系统运行保障定级是信息系统应用项目运行保障工作的基础。合理定级是影响项目运行绩效的重要因素。本文探讨定级过程中充分利用近年应急管理、等级保护方面的工作成果,克服禀赋效应,合理调整各种影响运行保障因素的纳什平衡点的思路。
The rating of operation guarantee of the information system is the basis of safeguarding the operation of information system application project. Reasonable rating is an important factor that affects project performance. This paper discusses some ideas of making full use of the achievement of emergency management and graded protection in recent years in the process of rating, overcoming the endowment effect, and rationally adjusting the Nash equilibrium point of various factors that affect the operation guarantee.
