摘要
酰胺类局部麻醉药利多卡因,除了重要的抗心律失常作用外,还具有突出的非局部麻醉作用。文章主要对利多卡因目前的研究进展进行综述,包括利多卡因静脉输注产生的显著镇痛作用以及在治疗神经病理性疼痛方面达到的突出效果,其在多个炎性反应过程中发挥了抗炎作用,同时还具有免疫调节功能,在抗肿瘤、心肌保护作用方面也有不断发现。此外,利多卡因在治疗耳鸣、呃逆方面具有一定效果。值得注意的是,围手术期推荐的利多卡因静脉输注剂量处于相对安全的范围。
Lidocaine,an amide local anesthetic,has been increasingly found to have prominent non⁃local anesthetic effects,in addition to anti⁃arrhythmic effect.The article mainly reviews its current research progress,including its significant analgesic effect after intravenous infusion,and outstanding effect in the treatment of neuropathic pain.Lidocaine is anti⁃inflammatory during multiple inflam⁃matory reactions,along with immune regulation,anti⁃tumor and myocardial protection function.In addition,lidocaine is effective in the treatment of tinnitus and hiccups to a certain extent.It is worth noting that the recommended perioperative dose of lidocaine for intrave⁃nous infusion is within a relatively safe range.
