优化护理配合流程在膝关节镜手术中的应用效果

Application effect of optimizing nursing cooperation process in knee joint operation

目的探讨膝关节镜的术前、术中、术后的手术护理配合的重点,寻找并总结工作中的不足之处,掌握其相关注意事项。方法总结2019年8月-2020年3月天津医科大学朱宪彝纪念医院20例膝关节镜手术治疗患者的手术配合要点,分别从患者入室前、麻醉开始前、手术开始前、手术结束后器械护士和巡回护士两方面进行阐述,特别注意术中的密切配合及精密仪器术中的使用注意事项和术后的保养维护。结果 20例手术患者通过小切口完成手术,治疗效果良好,恢复快,无术后并发症的发生,同时加速了床位的周转率,缩短了患者的住院周期,让每位患者均取得了满意的治疗效果。结论由于关节镜手术部位的特殊性,参与手术的所有人员要加强无菌观念。手术室护士还要了解关节镜的相关知识,熟知手术步骤和流程,为手术医生提供专业娴熟的手术配合,同时还要注意贵重仪器设备及精密手术器械的细节化管理,固定专人保管,使用后登记。只有配合紧密才能为患者提供舒适的手术护理,确保手术的顺利进行。

Objective To explore the key points of preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative operative nursing cooperation of knee arthroscope,to find and summarize the deficiencies in the work,and to grasp the relevant matters needing attention. Methods The key points of nursing of 20 patients treated by knee arthroscopic surgery in Tianjin Medical University Chu Hsien-I Memorial Hospital from August 2019 to March 2020 were summarized. The work of scrub nurse and circulating nurse were elaborated before patients enter surgery room,before anesthesia and surgery and end of surgery,and paid more attention to in close cooperation and the use of precision instrument operation considerations and the maintenance after the operation. Results The 20 patients were operated through small incision,with good therapeutic effect,fast recovery and no postoperative complications. At the same time,it could accelerate the turnover rate of beds,shorten the hospitalization period,and make each patient obtain satisfactory treatment effect.Conclusion Due to the particularity of arthroscopic surgical site,participate in the operation of all personnel should strengthen the aseptic concept. The operating room nurses should also understand the relevant knowledge of arthroscopy,and be familiar with the operation steps and procedures,so as to provide professional and skilled operation cooperation for the surgeons,and pay attention to the detailed management of expensive instruments and equipment and precision surgical instruments,keep them by special personnel,and register after use. Only with close cooperation could provide comfortable surgical care for patients and ensure the smooth operation.
