改良综合护理预防新生儿院内感染的效果观察

Effect observation of improved comprehensive nursing on prevention of neonatal nosocomial infection

目的探讨改良综合护理干预应用在新生儿院内感染预防护理中的效果。方法选取2018年9月-2019年5月中山市人民医院收治的新生儿100例为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组行常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上行改良综合护理干预,观察两组院内感染发生率,评价两组新生儿家长的护理满意率。结果观察组院内感染率为4.00%,低于对照组的16.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家长护理满意率为96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对新生儿落实改良综合护理干预可有效预防院内感染情况的发生,关注新生儿及家长的实际需求,提高家长对护理的满意率,积极配合了护理工作,有较高的护理应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of improved comprehensive nursing intervention in the prevention and care of neonatal nosocomial infection. Methods A total of 100 cases of newborns admitted to Zhongshan People’s Hospital from September 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given improved comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The incidence of nosocomial infection in the two groups was observed and the nursing satisfaction rate of the parents of the two groups was evaluated. Results The nosocomial infection rate of the observation group was4.00%,which was lower than 16.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of improved comprehensive nursing intervention for newborns could effectively prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infections,pay attention to the actual needs of newborns and parents,improve parents’ satisfaction rate with nursing,actively cooperate with nursing work,which had high nursing application value.
