摘要
为了研究循环载荷对含奥氏体钢微观组织和力学性能的影响,对逆相变处理中锰钢进行了疲劳性能研究,采用SEM、EBSD、XRD等表征了微观组织,采用单轴拉伸试验表征了疲劳前后的力学性能。研究结果表明,在应力比R为-1的试验条件下,逆相变中锰钢中值疲劳极限为378 MPa,疲劳极限与抗拉强度之比σ-1/Rm为0.48;中锰钢超细晶粒尺寸特征有利于阻碍二次疲劳裂纹扩展,亚稳奥氏体的转变行为受应力幅影响较大;在中值疲劳极限的应力水平下,亚稳奥氏体和单轴拉伸性能受循环载荷影响不大。
In order to study the effect of cyclic loading on the microstructure and mechanical properties of austenitic steel,the fatigue properties of manganese steel in reverse phase transformation were studied.The microstructure was characterized by SEM,EBSD,XRD,etc.,and uniaxial tensile test was used to characterized the mechanical properties before and after fatigue.The research results show that under the test condition of stress ratio R=-1,the median fatigue limit of reverse phase transformation manganese steel is 378 MPa,and the ratio of fatigue limit to tensile strengthσ-1/Rm=0.48.Medium manganese steel is ultrafine grain size characteristics are conducive to hindering secondary fatigue crack growth,and the transformation behavior of metastable austenite is greatly affected by the stress amplitude.Under the stress level of the median fatigue limit,metastable austenite and uniaxial tensile properties are subject to cyclic loading has little effect.
