中国历史文化空间重要性评价与保护研究

A Study on Evaluation of the Significance of China’s Historical and Cultural Space and Its Protection

历史文化空间是承载历史文化资源的国土空间。以历史文化空间为载体,促进区域历史文化资源整合与集中连片保护利用,是国土空间规划的重要内容。文章研究阐释国土空间规划中的历史文化资源内涵,梳理历史文化资源体系,提出对我国历史文化资源进行整体价值评估的思路;进而搭建全国历史文化资源空间信息平台,开展中国历史文化空间重要性评价,阐明我国重要历史文化空间的分布特征。研究成果有助于支撑全国和区域性国土空间规划编制以及创新区域历史文化保护利用机制。

Historical and cultural space is the land space that carries historical and cultural resources.Promoting regional integration and concentrated conservation of historical and cultural resources is an important part of national territorial and spatial panning.This study explains the concept of historical and cultural resources in territorial and spatial panning,examines the system of cultural heritage resources in China and proposes a method to evaluate the overall value of historical and cultural resources in China.Then this study establishes an information system of historical and cultural resources in China,conducts an evaluation of the significance of those resources,and expounds the distribution features of China’s major historical and cultural space.The study is conducive to national and regional spatial planning as well as the innovation of regional cultural heritage preservation.
