分析了IECEE CB体系中能力验证计划操作的一般要求,包括参加、PTP提供者、能力验证计划的管理、PTP结果、PTP报告、PTP异常值、实验室的申诉、纠正措施的实施等,比较CB、CNAS、CMA能力验证相关要求,为检验检测机构能力验证工作提供参考。

This paper analyzes the general requirements for the operation of Proficiency Testing Program within the IECEE CB Scheme,including Participation,PTP Provider,Program Management,PTP results,PTP reports,PTP outliers,Appeal by the laboratory,Completion of corrective actions,etc.,and compares relevant requirements of Proficiency Testing among of CB,CNAS and CMA,so as to provide reference for Proficiency Testing of inspection and testing institutions.
