摘要 高速吹风机采用100 000 rpm以上的无刷直流电机,1 600 W左右的发热体,原理、性能上与传统吹风机差异明显,安全性要求极高。本文以实例和数据说明控制系统关键功能的设计实现,包括电机转速、热风档位、恒温出风、发热体过热保护、风道堵塞保护、电机与发热逻辑锁,供相关人员参考,开发生产出性能优异、安全的产品。 The high-speed blower adopts brushless DC motor with more than 100000 rpm and 1600 W heating body.The principle and performance of the high-speed blower are obviously different from those of the traditional blower,and the safety requirements are very high.This paper describes the design and implementation of the key functions of the control system with examples and data,including motor speed,hot air gear,constant temperature blowing,overheat protection of heating body,blocking protection of air duct,and logic lock of motor and heating,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel to develop and produce products with excellent performance and safety.
