快速流量控制技术在冰箱内胆生产中的应用

摘要 真空成型是冰箱内胆生产中必不可少的一道生产工艺,而真空成型中吹泡和吸塑又是真空成型中的重要工序,如果吹泡气流量和真空吸塑流量控制不好、调整不够快速,冰箱内胆会产生一定的误差。因此为了提高冰箱内胆成型的精度,在热吹泡和真空吸塑工序中,则需要一种快速流量控制的技术。在这个气体流量控制技术里面,采用一种快速流量控制系统,其中包括流量检测单元、变频器、流量泵、驱动控制单等执行控制单元。通过此技术手段的改善,使得热吹泡和真空吸塑工序具有响应速度快、能够瞬时控制气体流量、流量控制的精度高等优点。 With the improvement of the market requirements of home appliances refrigerator technology,the refrigerator liner is an important part of the refrigerator,so the refrigerator liner production technology also needs to produce the corresponding adjustment.Thermoplastic molding is an essential production process in the production of refrigerator liner.Bubble blowing in thermoplastic molding is an important process in thermoplastic molding.If the bubble gas flow control is not good enough and the adjustment is not fast enough,certain errors will occur in the refrigerator liner.Therefore,in order to improve the accuracy of refrigerator tank forming,a rapid flow control technology is needed in the blowing process.In this gas flow control technology,a rapid flow control system is adopted,including flow detection unit,frequency converter,flow pump,drive control sheet and so on.Through the improvement of this technique,the bubble blowing process has the advantages of fast response speed,instantaneous control of gas flow and high accuracy of flow control.
