摘要
针对实际生产中由于Te的熔点、沸点均较低,在冶炼、浇铸过程中极易气化,使其含量难以控制且回收率较低;Te大多富集在硫化物附近,进一步恶化含Te硫系易切削钢的热加工性,导致轧制过程中产生轧件劈头开裂的问题,利用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机对含Te硫系易切削钢1214Te的高温塑性规律进行了研究,确定了最佳轧制工艺参数,并成功轧制了Ф16 mm盘圆。轧材检验结果表明,1214Te盘圆的布氏硬度不大于170HBW;盘圆夹杂物形貌主要为椭球状或短棒状,分布较为均匀;在相同的切削加工条件下,1214Te盘圆切削效果优于硫系易切削钢1215MS。
Due to the low melting point and boiling point of Te in actual production,and it is easy to gasify in the process of smelting and casting,which makes the content of Te difficult to control and the recovery rate is low.Meanwhile,most of Te is concentrated near sulfide,which further worsens the hot workability of free cutting steel containing Te,and leads to cracking during rolling.The high temperature plasticity of free cutting steel 1214 Te containing sulfur was studied by Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation test machine,the optimum rolling parameters for 1214 Te steel was determined, and Ф16 mm 1214 Te steel coil was successfully rolled.The results of rolling test show that the brinell hardness of 1214 Te steel coil is not more than 170 HBW, the inclusions are mainly ellipsoid or short rod,and the distribution is relatively uniform.Under the same cutting conditions, the cutting effect of 1214 Te steel is better than sulfur free cutting steel 1215 MS.
