山钢日照2050mm热轧工程设计中采用的先进技术

摘要 山钢日照2050 mm热轧工程在近年来国内外建设的热连轧工程基础上,按照产品定位—工艺需求—工程设计的思路来保证整体的工程质量。本工程采用了蓄热式加热炉、定宽压力机、CVC+板形控制精轧机、超快冷系统、强力卷取机、电容车式钢卷运输系统、高架式设计等多项先进装备技术,实际生产达到了高效率、低能耗、高质量的设计目标。工程设计中采用的高架式设计,将热连轧生产线由主厂房内+0.0m地坪抬高至+7.0 m平台上,与传统箱形基础设计相比减少了地下工程量,减少了混凝土量,并降低了通风、消防费用,综合起来降低投资7000万元。 Based on advantages of the late-model hot strip rolling projects built in the world in recent years,product positioning-process requirements-engineering design ideas had been carried out to ensure the whole project quality in the 2 050 mm hot strip rolling project of Rizhao Co.,Ltd.of Shansteel Group.Some advanced technologies,such as regenerative heating furnace,slab sizing press,CVC+ shape control finishing mill,ultra-fast cooling system,heavy coiler,capacitor car coil conveying system and elevated type design were adpoted in this project.The actual production showed that this project designed goal of high efficiency,low energy consumption and high quality were realized.The hot rolling production line was raised from +0.0 m floor to +7.0 m platform by elevated type design.Compared with the traditional box-shaped foundation design,the amount of underground works and the amount of concrete were reduced,ventilation and firefighting costs were reduced too.Total investment of the project was reduced by 70 million RMB.
