摘要
以松香、对叔丁基苯酚、十二烷基苯酚、多聚甲醛、顺丁烯二酸酐及多元醇为原料,采用两步法工艺合成了松香改性酚醛树脂。通过对产品酸值、容纳度、分子质量分布等测试研究了各反应步骤原料配比和反应温度对产物性能的影响。结果表明,松香改性酚醛树脂的最优合成工艺条件如下:对叔丁基苯酚与十二烷基苯酚物质的量比值为1.0~1.4,立索尔缩合液的合成温度为79~80℃,混合酚与松香的物质的量比值为1.03~1.10,顺酐与松香的物质的量比值为0.025~0.035,羟基与羧基物质的量比值为1.05~1.10。产物树脂的粘度为18000~20000 mPa·s,容纳度19~21 m L(2g树脂),软化点138~143℃,分子质量>40万的组分的质量分数17%~21%,酸值(KOH)19~21 mg/g。
The rosin-modified phenolic resin was synthesized using rosin,p-tert-butylphenol,dodecyl phenol,paraformaldehyde,maleic anhydride and polyol as raw materials by a two-step process.The effects of the ratio of raw materials and reaction temperature in each reaction step on the properties of the product were studied by testing the acid value,accommodation and molecular mass distribution of the product.The results showed that the optimal synthesis process conditions of rosin modified phenolic resin were as follows:ratio of p-tert-butylphenol to dodecylphenol 1.0-1.4,synthesis temperature of Lithol condensation solution 79-80℃,ratio of mixed phenol to rosin 1.03-1.10,ratio of maleic anhydride to rosin 0.025-0.035,molar ratio of hydroxyl group to carboxyl group 1.05-1.10.The viscosity,accommodation,softening point,relative content of the components with molecular weight>400000 and acid value(KOH)of the product resin was 18000-20000 mPa·s,19-21 mL(2 g resin),138-143℃,17%-21%,and 19-21 mg/g,respectively.
