酸酐固化体系专用透明型环氧树脂增韧剂研究

Research on transparent epoxy resin toughener for acid anhydride curing system

摘要 在环氧树脂NPEL-128/甲基四氢苯酐体系中添加自制的增韧剂QS-N、QS-VA3、增柔剂P040,通过力学性能和玻璃化转变温度测试以及扫描电镜分析研究了这3种添加剂对固化物性能的影响。结果表明,QS-VA3可大幅度提高固化物的断裂韧性。与能在固化物中形成海岛结构的增韧剂QS-N和普通小分子增柔剂P040相比,QS-VA3的增韧效果略低于QS-N,但其在增韧效果优良同时保持了固化物的常规力学性能、耐热性和透明度,有望在对固化物有透明要求的场合得到应用。 The self-made tougheners QS-N,QS-VA3,and softener P040 were added in the epoxy resin NPEL-128/methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride system.The effects of the three additives on the properties of cured products were studied by tests of mechanical properties and glass transition temperature and scanning electron microscopy analysis.The results showed that the fracture toughness of the cured product could be greatly improved by QS-VA3.Compared with the toughening agent QS-N and ordinary small molecule softening agent P040 that could form a sea-island structure in the cured product,the toughening effect of QS-VA3 was slightly lower than that of QS-N,but its toughening effect was excellent and at the same time,the conventional mechanical properties,heat resistance and transparency of the cured product were maintained.It was expected to be used in occasions where the cured product had a transparent requirement.
