苏州市医院助产士职业性肌肉骨骼疾患状况及其影响因素分析

Analysis on status and influencing factors of occupational musculoskeletal disorders of midwives in hospitals of Suzhou City

目的了解苏州市医院助产士职业性肌肉骨骼疾患(WMSDs)状况并分析其影响因素。方法于2019年5—12月抽取苏州市3所三级医院的助产士116名作为调查对象。采用肌肉骨骼疾患调查表调查助产士工作至今、近1年以及近1周的WMSDs状况,并对数据进行分析。结果116名助产士工作至今WMSDs患者数为101例,患病率为87.07%,近1年WMSDs患者数为98例,患病率为84.48%;近1周WMSDs患者数为77例,患病率为66.38%。年龄、工龄、每日工作时长、轮夜班、每日持续低头工作及每日持续弯腰工作、每日提/抬重物频次在组间的比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。年龄>40岁、工龄>15年、每日工作>8 h、轮夜班、每日持续低头工作≥3 h、每日持续弯腰工作≥4 h及每日提/抬重物频次≥8次均是助产士发生WMSDs的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论苏州市医院助产士WMSDs发生率较高。医院管理者应根据影响因素制定预防策略,降低助产士WMSDs发生率,造福助产士群体的健康。

Objective To investigate the status of occupational musculoskeletal disorders(WMSDs)of midwives in hospitals of Suzhou City,analyze the influencing factors.Methods From May to December 2019,116 midwives from three tertiary hospitals in Suzhou City were selected as the survey objects.The WMSDs of midwives since starting job,in the past year and in the past week were investigated by using musculoskeletal disease questionnaire.And the data were analyzed.Results Among 116 midwives,there were 101 cases of WMSDs since starting job,with the prevalence of 87.07%,and there were 98 and 77 cases of WMSDs in the past year and in the past week respectively,with the prevalence of 84.48%and 66.38%.There were statistically significant differences in age,working age,working hours per day,night shift,daily continuous bow work,daily continuous bending work,daily lifting frequency between the groups(P<0.05).age>40 years old,length of Service>15 years,daily work>8 hours,night shift,daily continuous bow work≥3 hours,daily bending continuous work≥4 hours,and daily lifting frequency≥8 times were all the factors influencing the occurrence of WMSDs in midwives(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of WMSDs in midwives in hospitals of Suzhou City is high.Hospital managers should make preventive strategies according to the influencing factors,reduce the incidence of WMSDs of midwives,and benefit the health of midwives.
