适应不良、角色认知与新入伍军人训练倦怠间的关系

Relationship between maladjustment,role recognition and training burnout of newly recruited soldiers

摘要 目的探讨新入伍军人适应不良、角色认知与训练倦怠间的相互关系。方法2019年9—10月随机整群选取新入伍军人316名,采用军人适应不良量表、角色认知量表及新兵训练倦怠自评问卷来收集数据及统计分析,采用结构方程模型和分层回归分析中介作用和调节作用。结果训练倦怠得分为21.67±3.17、适应不良得分为1.94±0.46、角色模糊得分为47.96±11.72、角色冲突得分为21.78±3.13。训练倦怠与适应不良、角色冲突呈显著正相关(r=0.455、0.282,均P<0.01),与角色模糊呈显著负相关(r=-0.235,P<0.01)。适应不良与角色模糊呈显著负相关(r=-0.239,P<0.01),与角色冲突呈显著正相关(r=0.173,P<0.01)。角色冲突在适应不良与训练倦怠间具有部分中介作用(95%CI:0.129~0.032),占总效应的8.35%。角色冲突在适应不良与训练倦怠间具有调节作用(β=-0.291,P<0.01)。结论适应不良、角色认知与新入伍军人训练倦怠间具有相关性;角色冲突在适应不良与训练倦怠间具有调节作用及部分中介作用。 [Objective]To explore the relationship among maladjustment, role cognition and training burnout of newly recruited soldiers. Methods From September to October 2019, 316 newly recruited soldiers were selected by random cluster sampling, the military maladjustment scale, role cognition scale and recruits training burnout self-assessment questionnaire were used to collect data and conduct statistical analysis, and the structural equation model and hierarchical regression were used to analyze the mediating and moderating effects. Results The scores of training burnout, maladjustment, role ambiguity and role conflict were 21.67±3.17, 1.94±0.46, 47.96±11.72 and 21.78±3.13, respectively. The training burnout was significantly positively correlated with maladjustment and role conflict(r=0.455, 0.282, both P<0.01), and significantly negatively correlated with the role ambiguity(r=-0.235, P<0.01). Maladjustment was significantly negatively correlated with role ambiguity(r =-0.239, P <0.01), and significantly positively correlated with role conflict(r=0.173, P<0.01). Role conflict had a partial mediating effect between maldjustment and training burnout(95%CI: 0.129-0.032), accounting for 8.35% of the total effect. Role conflict had a moderating effect between maladjustment and training burnout(β =-0. 291, P < 0. 01). Conclusion There is a correlation between maladjustment,role cognition and training burnout of newly recruited soldiers. Role conflict plays a moderating and partially mediating role between maladjustment and training burnout.
