摘要
工作倦怠问题近年已受到国际广泛关注,它不仅影响医务人员的健康,还会对患者的医疗安全产生影响。文章对工作倦怠的概念、放射科倦怠形成原因及解决措施等方面的研究进展进行综述。
The problem of job burnout has attracted international attention in recent years.It not only threatens the health of medical staff,but also affects the medical safety of patients.This paper briefly describes the concept of job burnout,and systematically sorts the causes of job burnout and improvement measures required to bailout job burnout in radiology department.
