摘要
为了提高玉米秸秆打捆机成捆致密性,设计了一种开式多斜度复压压缩壳体,建立了秸秆压缩受力模型,利用离散元EDEM软件对秸秆压缩过程中压缩区域内倾斜角度对秸秆致密性的影响进行了研究,并进行了相关试验验证。试验结果表明,同等结构尺寸条件下,当压缩区域内倾斜角度分别为α=5°β=7°、α=7°β=9°、α=9°β=11°时,秸秆成捆密度分别增加到了115.5 kg/m^3、123.8 kg/m^3、154.2 kg/m^3,说明增大压缩区域内倾斜角度,有利于提高秸秆成捆致密性,同时有利于减小开式多斜度复压压缩壳体尺寸,为秸秆打捆压缩机械的研究提供了一定的参考。
In order to improve the compactness of corn stalk baler,an open multi slope recompression shell was designed,and the force model of straw compression was established. The influence of inclination angle in compression area on straw compactness was studied by using discrete element edem software.The results showed that,under the same structure size,when the inclination angles in the compression area were α = 5 ° β = 7 °, α = 7 ° β = 9 ° and α = 9 ° β = 11 °, the baled density of straw increased to 115.5 kg/m^3,123.8 kg/m^3 and 154.2 kg/m^3,respectively kg/m^3,indicating that increasing the inclination angle in the compression area is conducive to improving the compactness of straw bales,and reducing the size of open multi slope recompression shell,which provides a certain reference for the research of straw bundling and compression machinery.
