抽油机井皮带在抽油机井的维护成本中占有很大的比例,所以利用技术手段和管理措施降低抽油机井皮带频繁断裂是一项意义重大的工作。目前可以通过安装半直驱永磁同步电动机、安装变频器同时换大皮带轮、提前更换破损皮带轮、更换凹槽型橡胶联组窄V带以及一些管理措施有效降低皮带断裂的频次,延长皮带的使用寿命,从而达到降低抽油机井维护成本的目的。
