摘要
现场作业中连续油管断裂失效的原因多种多样。准确找到失效的主要原因,是杜绝安全隐患,避免类似安全事件再次发生的重要措施。以长庆区域XX气水平井通洗井作业中连续油管断裂失效为例,通过连续油管设备各部位配件检查、疲劳分析计算、连续油管外观分析、断口尺寸测量、材料无损检测、材质理化性能检测、套管变形分析等筛查途径,进行了失效原因深度剖析,确定了套管变形引起的连续油管刮伤为该井连续油管断裂失效的主要原因。为后期同类安全事件的原因分析,提供了可供参考的有效途径,并提出了预防同类安全事件重复发生的有效措施。
There are many reasons for coiled tubing failure in field operation.Accurately find the main cause of failure,is to put an end to safety risks,to avoid similar safety incidents happen again important measures.In Changqing area XX gas coiled tubing in horizontal well through washing operation failure as an example,through each part of the coiled tubing equipment accessories checking,fatigue analysis and calculation,coiled tubing analysis,fracture appearance size measurement,nondestructive testing,material physical and chemical properties,casing deformation analysis,such as screening approach,for the reason of the failure depth profiling,determine the casing deformation caused by coiled tubing scratch for the well of the main causes of failure of coiled tubing.It provides an effective way for reference to analyze the causes of similar safety incidents in the later stage,and puts forward effective measures to prevent the recurrence of similar safety incidents.
