摘要
氢能作为一种理想能源,非常有希望将来成为化石能源的替代品,目前采用含水乙醇催化制氢技术具有良好的应用前景。综述了乙醇催化制氢的主要方法以及催化制氢催化剂的研究进展,重点介绍了申请发明专利的最新配方与工艺的不含贵金属催化剂制作工艺,试验表明新型催化剂达到了预期的制氢效果,可应用于发动机上利用发动机余热制取氢气,引入发动机缸内燃烧,可有效提升经济性。
As an ideal energy source,hydrogen energy is very promising as a substitute for fossil energy in the future.At present,the use of aqueous ethanol catalytic hydrogen production technology has good application prospects.The main methods of catalytic hydrogen production from ethanol and the research progress of catalytic hydrogen production catalysts are reviewed.The latest formulations and processes applied for invention patents are introduced.The production process of precious metal-free catalysts shows that the new catalyst achieves the expected hydrogen production effect.It is applied to the engine to use the waste heat of the engine to produce hydrogen,and to introduce the combustion in the engine cylinder,which can effectively improve the economy.
