摘要
随着光纤激光的普及,激光技术也逐渐被人们所认可,在汽车制造、船舶、医疗和航空航天等方面得到广泛的应用。为了提高光纤激光在切割汽车热成型件中的作用,提出了一种激光切割装置的控制系统,旨在提升激光切割汽车热成型件的生产效率,降低企业的制造成本。通过以PLC作为控制核心,与其他电气元件进行配合,从而构成了一套运动控制系统,使得该装置能够快速、准确的交换,达到光纤激光切割汽车热成型件的目的。
With the popularity of optical fiber laser,laser technology is gradually recognized by people,in automotive manufacturing,shipping,medical and aerospace and other fields have been widely used.In order to improve the role of optical fiber laser in automotive thermal cutting,a control system of laser cutting device is proposed in this paper,aiming at improving the production efficiency of laser cutting automotive thermal cutting and reducing the manufacturing cost of enterprises.By taking PLC as the control core and cooperating with other electrical components,a set of motion control system is formed,which enables the device to exchange quickly and accurately,and achieves the purpose of optical fiber laser cutting automobile hot forming parts.
