摘要
以某曲轴生产线出现的工件划伤问题为研究对象,针对不同工位出现的曲轴划伤问题进行分析和比较,从与曲轴接触面的结构入手,研究改进曲轴划伤的方法,预防曲轴划伤,提升曲轴加工质量,为保障发动机稳定可靠运行有重要意义。
This paper takes the scratch problem of a crankshaft production line as the research object,analyzes and compares the scratch problems of crankshaft in different positions,and studies the method to improve the crankshaft scratch from the structure of the contact surface with the crankshaft,to prevent the crankshaft scratch,improve the crankshaft processing quality,to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the engine is of great significance.
