摘要
鉴于目前高职学生创新能力培养载体和培养形式单一、与人才培养整体教学融合不够等不足,从创新能力培养有效性出发,以作品为载体,简要说明了基于作品的创新能力培养课程体系的主要环节,并详细阐述了基于作品的创新能力培养与人才培养的融合,同时就创新能力培养的各环节考核要点和考核形式进行了说明,基于作品的创新能力培养才能有效落地,也能有效的激发学生潜意识的创新能力,也更容易使学生有获得感和成就感。
In view of the shortcomings of the training carrier and form of innovative ability training of higher vocational college students,and insufficient integration with the overall teaching of talent training,starting from the effectiveness of innovation ability training,taking works as the carrier,this paper briefly describes the main links of the curriculum system of innovation ability training based on works,and expounds the integration of innovation ability training and talent training based on work in detail In this paper.At the same time,the main points and forms of the assessment of innovation ability training are described. Only when the innovation ability training based on the work can be effectively implemented,but also can effectively stimulate the students’ subconscious innovation ability,and it is easier for students to have a sense of gain and achievement.
