摘要
世界一流企业的生产管理系统或运营模式,其核心精髓都是精益生产理念的贯穿与融合。对制造管理现状进行了分析,在制造众多相关业务管理体系、系统、工具的融合与协同方面进行探索和实践,将精益生产理念融入制造运营过程,建立了制造运营管理系统、评估模式、运行组织机构,突破了业务的界线,加快了解决问题的反应速度,提升了制造运营的综合效率,为公司的持续发展提供了有力支撑。
The core of manufacturing operation in top enterprises is the penetration and integration of lean production concept.This paper analyzes the current situation of manufacturing management,explores and practices the integration and collaboration of many related business management systems,systems and tools.And the paper integrates the concept of lean production into the manufacturing operation process,establishes the manufacturing operation management system,evaluation mode and operation organization.Then it breaks through the boundaries of business,speeds up the response speed of solve problems,improves the comprehensive efficiency of manufacturing operation,and provides strong support for the sustainable development of the company.
