摘要
城市轨道交通列车运行控制综合调度指挥系统通过建立统一的数据库、应用软件及人机界面平台,将各专业间的数据高度融合,减少了命令到执行的中间环节,高效实现对轨道交通信号、供电、机电、车辆、站台门、乘客服务等设备的全面监控,实现系统间快速联动和非正常情况下的应急处置,为用户后期扩展联动功能和决策支持提供技术支撑。综合调度指挥系统运用技术手段,极大地提高了生产力,使得调度模式、管理方式从根本上发生转变;提高各专业之间的协调配合能力,更好、更高效地为行车服务。
Based on establishing a unified database,application software and human-machine interface platform,the comprehensive dispatching and commanding system of urban rail transit train operation control can highly integrate data between various majors,reduce the intermediate link from command to execution,efficiently implement comprehensive monitoring of rail transit signals,power supply,electromechanical,vehicles,platform doors,passenger services and other equipment,realize rapid linkage between systems and emergency handling under abnormal conditions,and provide technical support for users to expand linkage function and decision support in later stage.The technical means used in comprehensive dispatching and commanding system will greatly increase productivity,cause a fundamental change in the scheduling model and management methods,improve coordination and cooperation among various majors,and serve better and more efficient service for rail transport.
