摘要
正交异性钢桥面板U肋与横隔板连接处存在大量焊缝,几何构造复杂,易产生较多的焊接缺陷和应力集中,在外部车辆等循环荷载作用下通常会诱导疲劳裂纹的萌生、开裂,影响结构正常安全使用。为研究U肋与横隔板不同连接缺口形式在整体受力上的特点,利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立钢箱梁节段模型,探讨分析U肋与横隔板连接处分别采用两种不同缺口形式对连接处应力集中的影响。结果表明,所采用的苹果形缺口相比圆弧形缺口在减小应力集中方面具有更大优势。
There are many welding seams and complex geometry structure at the joint of U-rib and diaphragm plate in orthotropic steel bridge deck,which is prone to have welding defects and stress concentration.Under the action of external vehicle cyclic loads,fatigue crack initiation and cracking will be induced,which will affect the normal and safe use of the structure.To study the overall stress characteristics of different connection notch forms between U-rib and diaphragm,in this paper,the finite element models of steel box girder with different geometry details were established in ABAQUS,and the influence of two different notch forms on the stress concentration at the U-rib and diaphragm joint was analyzed.The simulation results show that:the box girder with the apple shaped notch has more advantages in reducing the stress concentration at the joint of U-rib and diaphragm plate than that of the arc-shaped notch.
