摘要
太原市迎泽大街下穿火车站通道工程为全国首次采用管幕结构法施工,其中上部管幕采用敞开式小型顶管机顶进施工,需在保证火车站正常运营的前提下,保质保量完成施工任务。在浅埋深土层复杂环境中要求顶管机精确无误地按照设定的轴线顶进,对敞开式顶管机纠偏技术提出了更高的要求。由于复杂地层存在不明障碍物,使顶管机管壁形成不均匀的摩擦力从而产生滚动角,对纠偏造成很大影响。本文对敞开式顶管机滚动角与纠偏技术进行探讨分析,并结合现场实际,在综合考虑对地表环境影响、轴线控制等因素后,选取多种纠偏措施配合使用,效果良好。
Taiyuan Yingze Street underpass railway station passage construction project adopts pipe curtain structure construction technique,which is the first case in China.The upper part of the pipe curtain structure adopts open small pipe jacking machine construction,which should be carried out with quality and quantity under the premise of normal operation of the railway station.In the complex environment under shallow soil layer,it is required that the pipe jacking machine accurately push in according to the set axis,which puts forward higher requirements for the rectification of open pipe jacking machine.Because there are many unknown obstacles in the complex underground layer,the pipe wall of the pipe jacking machine forms uneven friction and generates a rolling angle,which has a great influence on the rectification.In the paper,the rolling angle and rectification technology of open pipe jacking machine are discussed and analyzed.Combined with the actual operation on site,a variety of rectification measures are selected to cooperate with each other after comprehensively considering the influence on the surface environment,axis control and other factors,showing good results.
