摘要 中低速磁浮作为一种乘坐舒适性高的新型轨道交通,具有广阔的应用前景。中低速磁浮采用侧向接触轨供电方式,而绝缘支撑装置用于固定C型接触轨,由底座、中间腔体、复合绝缘子等部件组成,具有伸缩调节和角度调节功能,且安装便捷、调整精度高,可保证接触轨的安装精度及线路的平顺性。该装置各项电气、力学性能指标经中铁检验认证中心检测均满足设计规范要求,并成功应用于唐山中车中低速磁浮试验线和铁建重工中低速磁浮线。 As a new type of rail transit with high comfortable ride experience,the medium and low-speed maglev has a broad application prospect.It is powered by the side contact rails,and the insulation supporting device for fixing the C-type contact rail is mainly composed of the base,the intermediate cavity and the composite insulator.The insulating supporting device has the functions of telescopic adjustment and angle adjustment,which can effectively ensure the accuracy of the contact rail installation and the smoothness of the line,and it is convenient to install and high in adjustment efficiency.Its electrical and mechanical performance indicators have been tested by China Railway Test&Certification Center to meet design requirements,and have been successfully applied to the medium-low speed maglev test line of CRRC Tangshan and the medium-low speed maglev line of China Railway Construction Heavy Industry Corporation Limited.
