基于AHP的创新驱动产业转型升级评价研究

摘要 基于层次分析法(AHP),对中国创新驱动产业转型升级进行评价,并提出对策建议。结果表明:新型工业化进程指数、生产性服务业增加值占服务业增加值比重、R&D经费与GDP之比以及每万名就业人员R&D人员全时当量得分较高。新型工业化进程指数、生产性服务业增加值占服务业增加值比重等指标对创新驱动产业转型升级的影响较大,应重点关注其长期发展。同时,每万名就业人员R&D人员全时当量、发明专利申请授权量与R&D经费之比等指标得分较低,发展情况欠佳,应当注重对其进行提升。创新驱动成为带动创新驱动产业转型升级的重要力量,结构优化指标存在一定的得分上升空间,需要集中力量重点攻克。 Based on the analytic hierarchy process,this research evaluates the transformation and upgrading of my country’s innovation-driven industries,and proposes countermeasures.The results show that the new industrialization process index,the proportion of the added value of the producer service industry in the added value of the service industry,the ratio of R&D expenditure to GDP,and the full-time equivalent of R&D personnel per 10,000 employees score higher.Indicators such as the new industrialization process index and the proportion of the added value of the producer service industry in the added value of the service industry have a greater impact on the transformation and upgrading of innovation-driven industries,and their long-term development should be focused.At the same time,indicators such as the full-time equivalent of R&D personnel per 10,000 employees,the ratio of the amount of invention patent applications granted to R&D expenditure and other indicators have low scores,and the development situation is not good,so attention should be paid to improving them.Innovation-driven has become an important force in driving the transformation and upgrading of innovation-driven industries.There is a certain amount of room for improvement in structural optimization indicators,which is necessary to concentrate efforts to overcome them.
