适应经济社会发展新需要和人民对美好精神文化生活的新期待,新时代社区教育急需从粗放式向集约式转型,实现内涵式发展,"点·线·面·体"发展策略意在探究"聚焦为点、连点为线、织线为面、拓面为体"的新时代社区教育发展路径和实现策略,深入剖析发展策略的内涵要义与操作要领,并重点在品牌项目、实验示范、学习型组织、平台资源、组织网络等社区教育五大重点领域作出应用探究,对推动我国社区教育均衡、优质、创新发展具有引领示范和辐射带动的作用。

To adapt to the new need of the economic and social development and people’s new need for a better spiritual and cultural life,in the new era the community education is in urgent need to transform from extensive to intensive development,and realize the connotative development.The“Point-Line-Surface-Body”development strategy is intended to explore the development path and implementation strategy by“focusing on the point,connecting points into a line,organizing lines into a surface,expanding surfaces into a body”.By profound analysis of the connotation of the development strategy and operation,and application in the five key fields,this strategy will play a leading,radiating and driving role and set an example in the promotion of balanced,high-quality and innovative development of Chinese community education.The five fields are the brand project,experimental demonstration,the learning organization,the platform resources,and the organization network.
