摘要
实现教育现代化的薄弱环节和主要短板在乡村,发展乡村教育的关键在提高乡村教师培训质量,而如何对众多的乡村教师培训项目进行精准有效的评估则是当务之急。新时代乡村教师培训质量评估体系应以柯氏培训评估模型(Kirkpatrick Model)和CIPP模型为理论基础,融合教师培训质量评估的政策性、人本性、实效性、引领性等理念特点,以乡村教师培训政策和具体培训项目设置为基本依据,探索评估指标构建的内在理路与现实逻辑,并在有限环境下应用于实践中。
The weak links and main weaknesses in the modernization of education lie in the countryside.The key to developing rural education lies in improving the training quality of rural teachers.But how to carry out accurate and effective evaluation of numerous rural teacher training programs is an urgent matter.In the new era,rural teacher training quality evaluation system should be based on Kirkpatrick Model and CIPP Model.It integrates the characteristics of teacher training quality assessment:policy nature,human nature,effectiveness and leading nature,on the basis of rural teacher training policy and specific training programs,explores the internal logic and realistic logic of evaluation index construction,and achieves application in practice in a limited environment.
