创新地方高校双创教师队伍培养路径 被引量:3

Innovating the Teacher Training Path for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Local Colleges and Universities

摘要 推进创新创业(简称"双创")教师队伍建设是我国地方高校双创教育教学改革,实现内涵式发展、走向教育现代化的基本保障。通过文献研究、社会调研等方式分析地方高校双创教师队伍建设现状,指出双创教育存在师生结构比例不协调、教师专业技能不完善、考核评价体系不健全等现实问题。结合现有高校双创教师队伍建设相关研究成果,提出地方高校应当完善制度建设,构建"外引、内培"培养机制、"三阶"教师培育体系、"多元"考核评价体系,全面优化双创教师队伍培养路径,提升双创教师队伍建设质量,助推双创教育教学改革。 Promoting the construction of teachers for innovation and entrepreneurship is a basic guarantee for the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities in our country to achieve connotative development and move towards education modernization.Through literature research,social research and other methods to analyze the current situation of the construction of double-innovation teachers in local colleges and universities,it is pointed out that innovation and entrepreneurship education has such practical problems as uncoordinated teacher-student structure ratio,imperfect professional skills of teachers,and imperfect assessment system.Combining the relevant research results of the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in existing colleges and universities,it is proposed that local colleges and universities should improve the system construction,and build an“external introduction and internal training”mechanism,a“third-order”teacher cultivation system,and a“multiple”assessment and evaluation system to comprehensively optimize the training path for the teaching team,improve the quality of the construction of the teachers,and promote the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
