摘要 现代医学教育的目标要注重培养医学人才的主体精神,全面提升其临床知识、临床思维和人文素养。其中,临床思维的训练是医学人才培养中的关键环节,特别是在专科化程度极高的肿瘤学科。为探索适合肿瘤学科医学生的临床思维培养的教学模式,通过肿瘤多学科综合治疗模式(multi-disciplinary treatment,MDT)进行改革教学实践,加强医学生的临床思维能力训练和培养人文关怀素养,实现医学生临床教学质量的提高,培养合格的具备全科医生临床思维的肿瘤专科医生。 The goal of modern medical education should lay emphasis on cultivating the subject spirit of medical talents and comprehensively improving their clinical knowledge,clinical thinking and humanistic quality.Among them,the training of clinical thinking is the key link in the cultivation of medical talents,especially in the oncology discipline with a high degree of specialization.This paper aims to explore suitable teaching model for training medical students'clinical thinking in oncology,and to reform teaching practice by multi-disciplinary treatment(MDT)mode to strengthen the training and cultivation of medical students'clinical thinking ability and humanistic quality,so as to improve the clinical teaching quality of medical students and cultivate qualified oncology specialists with clinical thinking of general practitioners.
