基于ANSA正面100%碰撞的某SUV车身耐撞性分析

摘要 为研究某SUV在100%正面碰撞事故中的耐撞性,基于ANSA建立某SUV整车正面100%碰撞仿真模型。依据《C-NCAP管理规则(2018年版)》法规中正面碰撞试验及评价方法进行碰撞分析,以B柱加速度、车门变形量、保险杠变形量、前围板侵入量等作为评价指标,对车身耐撞性进行评价分析。结果表明:保险杠与前纵梁变形良好,是碰撞过程中主要吸能部件;左右两侧B柱最大加速度分别为35 g、38 g,满足碰撞要求;门框变形量分别为22 mm、14 mm,满足变形要求;前围板最大侵入量为153.1 mm,超出目标值,需要进行结构或强度的改进和优化,并提出优化方案。 In order to study the crashworthiness of an SUV in a 100%frontal collision accident,this paper,based on ANSA to establish a 100%frontal collision simulation model of a SUV vehicle,according to the C-NCAP Management Rules(2018 Edition)regulations in the frontal crash test and evaluation method for collision analysis,uses B-pillar acceleration,door deformation,bumper deformation,and front wall penetration as evaluation indicators to evaluate and analyze the crashworthiness of the car body.The result shows that the bumper and the front rail are well deformed and are the main energy-absorbing parts during the collision;the maximum acceleration of the B-pillars on the left and right sides are 35 g and 38 g,which meet the requirements of the collision;the deformation of the door frame is 22 mm and 14 mm,which meet the requirements of the deformation;the maximum intrusion of the front wall is 153.1 mm,which exceeds the target value,and the structure or strength needs to be improved and optimized,and optimization plans are proposed.
