改良Park法重睑成形术的临床应用

Clinical Application of Modified Park Method for Blepharoplasty

目的:探讨改良Park法重睑成形术的临床应用及体会。方法:以2018年1月-12月在笔者医院行双侧改良Park法重睑成形术的85例患者为研究对象。将切口下唇眼轮匝肌与睑板前筋膜进行固定以形成重睑。观察手术一期愈合率、患者满意度及术后并发症情况。结果:术后随访6~12个月,所有患者均一期愈合,患者术后重睑形态满意度为96.47%(82/85),无严重并发症发生。结论:改良Park法重睑成形术后重睑形态自然,患者满意度高,临床疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and experience of modified Park method for blepharoplasty.Methods A total of 85 patients underwent bilateral mmodified Park method for blepharoplasty who was taken as research objects in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018.The orbicularis oculi muscle in lower lip of the incision was immobilized with anterior meibomian fascia to form the double eyelid.The healing rate of stage I,satisfaction of patients and postoperative complications were observed.Results All patients were followed up for 6-12 months.All patients had stage I healing.The satisfaction of patients on postoperative double eyelid morphology was 96.47%(82/85).No serious complications occurred in all patients.Conclusion The postoperative double eyelid morphology was natural after modified Park method for blepharoplasty.The satisfaction of patients was high and clinical efficacy was significant.
