半导体激光照射联合聚维酮碘湿敷治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Semiconductor Laser Irradiation Combined with Povidone Iodine Wet Compress in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster

目的:探究半导体激光照射联合聚维酮碘湿敷治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。方法:选择笔者医院收治的92例带状疱疹患者,随机分组为对照组与联合组,每组46例。对照组给予常规抗病毒、营养神经、止痛及聚维酮碘湿敷治疗,联合组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用半导体激光照射治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗相关时间(止疱、结痂、止痛、脱痂时间)、炎症指标、不良反应及后遗神经痛发生情况。结果:治疗后,联合组治疗总有效率为91.30%,显著高于对照组的80.43%(P<0.05);联合组患者的止疱时间、结痂时间、止痛时间及痊愈时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者炎症指标[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平较治疗前显著降低,且联合组患者治疗后的炎症指标水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),随访1个月,联合组患者后遗神经痛发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:半导体激光照射联合聚维酮碘湿敷治疗带状疱疹可获得显著疗效,有利于缩短患者疱疹愈合时间、减轻疼痛,并改善患者炎症机体炎症状态,降低后遗神经痛风险。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of semiconductor laser irradiation combined with povidone iodine wet compress in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods A total of 92 patients with herpes zoster treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and combined group,with 46 cases in each group.Control group was given conventional antiviral therapy,nutritional nerve,pain relief and other treatments and povidone iodine wet compress,and combined group was additionally given semiconductor laser irradiation on the basis of the treatment in control group.The clinical efficacy,treatment-related time(time of blistering stop,time of scabbing,time of pain relief,time of decrustation),inflammatory indicators and the occurrence of adverse reactions and post-herpetic neuralgia were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in combined group was significantly higher than that in control group(91.30%vs 80.43%)(P<0.05).The time of blistering stop,time of scabbing,time of pain relief and healing time in combined group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory indicators[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the levels of inflammatory indicators in combined group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence rates of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 month of follow-up,the incidence rate of post-herpetic neuralgia in combined group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Semiconductor laser irradiation combined with povidone iodine wet compress can obtain significant efficacy in the treatment of herpes zoster,and it can shorten the healing time of herpes,reduce pain,improve the inflammatory body state,and reduce the risk of post-herpetic neuralgia.
