树脂渗透技术和微研磨联合CPP-ACP技术对正畸患者术后白垩斑的改善效果比较

摘要 目的:分析树脂渗透技术和微研磨联合酪蛋白磷酸肽钙磷复合体(CPP-ACP)技术对正畸患者术后白垩斑的改善效果。方法:选择2017年2月-2019年3月笔者医院收治的正畸后白垩斑患者127例(共381颗患牙),根据随机数字列表法将其分为A组63例(189颗患牙)和B组64例(192颗患牙),A组采用树脂渗透技术进行修复,B组采用微研磨联合CPP-ACP技术进行修复,于修复结束1个月,比较两组牙面粗糙程度、病损面积比、白垩斑评分、满意度计临床效果。结果:修复前,两组牙面粗糙程度、病损面积比及白垩斑评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);修复后,A组病损面积比显著低于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组牙面粗糙程度显著低于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组白垩斑评分显著高于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组满意度显著高于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组治疗总有效率显著高于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:树脂渗透技术对正畸后白垩斑改善效果较微研磨联合CPP-ACP技术好,可为临床治疗正畸后白垩斑提供参考。 Objective To analyze the effect of resin infiltration and micro-abrasion combined with casein phosphopeptide–amorphous calcium phosphate(CPP-ACP)for post-orthodontic white spot lesions.Methods 127 patients(381 teeth)with postorthodontic white spot lesions in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2019 were enrolled,and randomly divided into two groups.Group A(63 cases,189 teeth)received the resin infiltration,while group B(64 cases,192 teeth)received the microabrasion combined with CPP-ACP.At the end of 1 month after restoration,the tooth roughness,area of lesions,assessment score,satisfaction and clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results The tooth roughness,area of lesions,and assessment score had no difference before restoration(P>0.05),after the restoration,group A had lower area of lesions and tooth roughness as well as higher assessment score than those of group B(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of treatment in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with micro-abrasion combined with CPP-ACP,application of resin infiltration has better clinical effect,which can provide reference for clinical treatment of post-orthodontic white spot lesions.
