女性整形美容就医者心理健康状况及影响因素分析

Condition of Mental Health Status in Female and Influencing Factors of Female Patients with Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery

目的:了解女性整形美容就医者心理健康状况,并分析其影响因素。方法:采用简单随机抽样法,于2019年1月-12月抽取于笔者科室就诊的女性就医者424例为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、自我接纳量表、决策后悔量表、焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表对其进行调查分析。结果:424例女性整形美容就医者焦虑评分(48.28±9.16)分,发生率为36.08%(153/424);抑郁评分为(52.12±10.45)分,发生率为12.26%(52/424)。女性整形美容就医者自我接纳评分为(45.28±6.38)分,决策后悔评分为(8.34±2.21)分。自我接纳与焦虑和抑郁呈负相关(r=-0.628、-0.584,P<0.01),自我决策后悔与焦虑和抑郁呈正相关(r=0.534、0.618,P<0.01),自我接纳与决策后悔呈负相关(r=-0.712,P<0.01)。文化程度、婚姻状况、既往整形美容手术次数、家人或朋友有无整形美容手术、居住地、自我接纳、决策后悔是女性整形美容就医者焦虑的影响因素(P<0.05);年龄、文化程度、既往美容次数、家人或朋友有无整形美容、自我接纳、决策后悔是女性整形美容就医者抑郁的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:女性整形美容就医者焦虑、抑郁发生率较高,且年龄、文化程度、既往美容次数、家人或朋友有无整形美容、自我接纳、决策后悔是影响其焦虑和抑郁的主要因素。

Objective To investigate the condition of mental health in female patients with plastic and aesthetic surgery and analysis its influencing factors.Methods The group of 424 female patients with plastic and aesthetic surgery in the department of burn and plastic surgery of our hospital were selected as research objects by the method of using simple random,from January 2019 to December 2019,which were questionnaire by general situation questionnaire,self acceptance scale,decision regret scale,anxiety self-assessment scale and depression self-assessment scale.Results The anxiety score of 424 patients was(48.28±9.16),and the incidence was 36.08%(153/424).The depression score was(52.12±10.45)and the incidence was 12.26%(52/424).Self acceptance was negatively correlated with anxiety and depression(r=-0.628、-0.584,P<0.01),self decision regret was positively correlated with anxiety and depression(r=0.534、0.618,P<0.01),and self acceptance was negatively correlated with decision regret(r=-0.712,P<0.01).Education level,marital status,number of previous plastic surgery,whether family or friends had plastic surgery,residence,self acceptance and decision-making regret were the influencing factors of the anxiety of female patients with plastic and aesthetic surgery(P<0.05).Age,education level,the number of previous cosmetic surgery,whether family or friends had plastic surgery,self acceptance and decision-making regret were the influencing factors of the depression of female patients with plastic and aesthetic surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of anxiety and depression of female patients with plastic and aesthetic surgery,and the main influential factors of their anxiety and depression were age,education level,previous beauty times,family or friends'plastic surgery,self acceptance,decision regret.
