摘要
以辽宁地区121个核桃楸半同胞家系2年生苗为研究对象,以苗高、地径为指标,分析核桃楸半同胞家系间生长差异。结果表明,2年生播种苗半同胞家系间苗高、地径均存在显著差异。综合苗高、地径指标,从121个半同胞家系中筛选出KD10、QY6、QY31、QY19、QY33共5个优良半同胞家系,入选率4%。平均苗高1.31~1.51 m,超过参试家系均值43.7%,遗传力0.82,遗传增益34.79%。平均地径0.5~0.9 cm,超过参试家系均值151.0%,遗传力0.59,遗传增益83.51%。这些优良半同胞家系可为核桃楸良种繁育提供材料。
The 2-year-old seedlings of 121 half-sibling lineages of Juglans mandshurica in Liaoning province were studied,and the growth trait differences among them were analyzed by measuring seedling height and ground diameter.The results showed that there were significant differences in seedling height and ground diameter among the half-siblings.Based on seedling height and ground diameter,5 superior linages(KD10,QY6,QY31,QY19 and QY33)were selected from 121 half-sibling families,with an enrollment rate of 4%.The average seedling height of selected lineages was 1.31~1.51 m,43.7%higher than the mean value of total lineages,heritability was 0.82,and genetic gain was 34.79%.The average seedling diameter of selected lineages was 0.5~0.9 cm,151.0%more than the mean value of total lineages,heritability 0.59,and genetic gain 83.51%.These selected half-sibling families could provide material for superior variety breeding of J.mandshurica.
