摘要
蓖麻是十大油料作物之一,具有较高的经济价值,但蓖麻属于冷敏感植物,为了探索低温条件下生物菌肥对蓖麻生长的影响,通过对蓖麻进行低温和生物菌肥的双重处理,测定其株高和株幅,叶片相对含水量、叶绿素含量、叶面积及酶活性。结果表明:经过生物菌肥、低温处理,蓖麻叶片相对含水量无明显差异,而对株高、株幅和叶面积有促进作用,同时提高了酶活性。说明生物菌肥对蓖麻植株生长具有一定的促进作用。
Ricinus communis is one of the top ten oil crops and has high economic value.Ricinus communis is cold-sensitive.In order to explore the effect of biological bacterial fertilizer on the growth of Ricinus communis under low temperature,plant height,plant width,relative water content,chlorophyll content,leaf area and enzyme activity of Ricinus communis seedlings were measured after treated with low temperature and bacterial fertilizer.The result indicated that there was no significant change in relative water content of leaf,but the plant height,plant width,leaf area and enzyme activity were increased obviously.It was indicated that the bacterial fertilizer used in this experiment had certain growth promotion effect on Ricinus communis plants.
