中外青少年网球选手培养模式的比较及启示

Comparison and Enlightenment of Chinese and Foreign Youth Tennis Player Training Mode

利用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,分析了美国、德国、日本等国家青少年网球人才培养模式的特征,认为:美国模式是体育与教育融合以及分层次的科学训练体系;德国模式是"学校体育+课外体育+校外体育";日本模式是学校网球教育、校外网球训练和国外特训相结合。在分析我国青少年网球选手培养模式现状特征基础上,提出对应的发展建议,即从"体教结合"走向"体教融合";继续发挥"举国体制"的优势;坚持科学训练,"引进来"与"走出去"相结合;充分调动家庭和社会的力量扩大群众基础等。

By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the characteristics of Chinese and foreign youth tennis talents training mode,and points out that the American model is the integration of physical education and education as well as hierarchical scientific training;the German model is"school sports+extracurricular sports+extracurricular sports";the Japanese model is the combination of school tennis education,outside school tennis training and foreign special training.Based on the analysis of the training mode in China,some suggestions are put forward,that are,from"combination of sports and education"to"integration of sports and education";to continue to give full play to the advantages of"the whole country system";to adhere to scientific training,to combine"bringing in"and"going out";to fully mobilize the strength of family and society and expand the mass base.
