U16女足有效进攻特征研究——以2019年全国青少年足球超级联赛(U16女子组)为例

Research on the Characteristics of Effective Offensive in U16 Women——Take the 2019 National Youth Soccer Super League(U16 Women’s Group)as an Example

通过对2019年青超联赛U16女足比赛中315次有效进攻进行研究,了解其有效进攻的特点,以探讨青少年足球进攻发展趋势,为今后青少年足球教学与比赛提供意见。结论表明:前场和中场是发起有效进攻的主要区域,距离对手球门越近获得球权,有效进攻越多。有效进攻以攻入罚球区射门为最佳。通过1~3次传切的简单配合远比仅凭个人突破成功率高。10s内快速防守反击打法是目前青少年女足运用的主流战术。有效进攻战术以中路传切、斜长传切和快速反击为主。出现最多的战术组合是角球战术,角球战术或许能成为决定比赛的制胜法宝之一。

Through the study of 315 effective offenses in the U16 women’s football match of the 2019 Youth Super League,we will understand the characteristics of their effective offenses,to explore the development trend of youth football offenses,and to provide advice for the future youth football teaching and competition.The conclusion shows that the frontcourt and midfield are the main areas for launching effective offenses.The closer to the opponent’s goal to gain the ball,the more effective offenses.Effective offense is best when shooting into the penalty area.The simple cooperation through 1 to 3 pass-through is far higher than the success rate of individual breakthrough alone.Fast defensive counter-attacks within 10 s are currently the mainstream tactics used by young women’s football.The effective offensive tactics are mainly center pass cut,diagonal long pass cut and quick counterattack.The most common tactical combination is corner kick tactics.Corner kick tactics may become one of the winning magic weapons in determining the game.
