经营性乒乓球俱乐部的发展现状及对策研究——以泉州市丰泽区为例

Development Status and Countermeasure Study of the Operating Table Tennis Club in Fengze District of Quanzhou City——Take Fengze District of Quanzhou City as an Example

采用文献阅读法、问卷调查等方法,从基本情况、教练员、消费者3个方面对泉州市丰泽区经营性乒乓球俱乐部的发展现状进行了调查研究,发现:经营者管理素养和水平有待提升,俱乐部规模较小;兼职教练居多,专项和执教水平有待加强;制约消费者运动的因素相对复杂,消费水平偏低等问题。可通过加强经营管理者素质,提高服务水平,促进经营项目的多样化;稳定兼职人员;经营性乒乓球俱乐部应重视宣传力度并且丰富服务内容等措施促进俱乐部的发展。

Using document study,questionnaires and other methods,it investigated the development status of Quanzhou Fengze District operating table tennis clubsfrom the three aspects of basic situation,coach and consumer,found that:the management of the operator need to be improved,the clubs are small;there are more part-time coaches,whose coaching level needs to be strengthened;restricting factors of costumer participation are relatively complexed,with consumption level and so on.The development of the club can be promoted by strengthening the quality of managers,improving service levels and promoting the diversification of management projects,stabilizing part-time personnel,and employing table tennis clubs should pay attention to publicity efforts and enrich the content of their services.
