中医药治疗子宫内膜异位症的研究进展

Research progress in the treatment of endometriosis with traditional Chinese medicine

子宫内膜异位症(简称:内异症)是妇科常见疾病,也是妇科慢性病、疑难病。近年来随着剖宫产率增高以及人工流产、宫腹腔镜操作的增多,内异症的发病率呈明显上升趋势,对女性身体健康及生活质量造成一定的影响。西医治疗内异症以激素治疗和手术治疗为主,具有一定局限性,且不良反应较多。近年来,中医治疗本病越来越彰显出独特的优势,且呈现出多样化趋势。故本文对近年有关中医药治疗内异症的相关文献进行综述。

Endometriosis is not only a common disease in gynecology,but also a chronic and intractable disease in gynecology.In recent years,with the increase of cesarean section rate and the increase of artificial abortion and hysteroscopic operation,the incidence of endometriosis has increased significantly,which impacts on women's health and quality of life.Treatments of endometriosis by western medicine mainly include hormone therapy and surgical treatment,which have many limitations and adverse reactions.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has shown more and more unique advantages,with diversification.We summarized literatures about the treatment of endometriosis with traditional Chinese medicine in recent years.
