中医药对骨关节炎信号通路研究进展

Research advancement of traditional Chinese medicine in effecting on signaling Pathways of osteoarthritis

骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是常见的慢性退行性骨关节疾病,本病好发于中老年人,主要的临床症状有关节疼痛、僵硬、肿大、活动障碍等。近年来对于骨关节的中医药治疗研究较多,且治疗效果显著。本文分析汇总近年来国内外文献,基于OA的细胞信号通路探讨中药单体、复方、针灸等对于OA作用机制,以期对OA的研究和治疗提供相应参考。

Osteoarthritis(OA)is a common chronic degenerative disease of bone and joint,which occurs frequently in the middle-aged and old people.The main clinical symptoms are joint pain,stiffness,swelling,and dyskinesia.In recent years,there have been many researches on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of bone and joint,and the therapeutic effect is significant.This paper analyzed and summarized the domestic and foreign literature in recent years,based on the cellular signaling pathway of OA,and discussesed the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine monomer,compound,acupuncture and so on for OA,in order to provide the reference for the research and treatment of OA.
