高压氧治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的效果观察

Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen on Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome

目的:分析阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)治疗中选择高压氧的效果。方法:选取2018年2月至2020年2月南京鼓楼医院集团宿迁市人民医院收治的OSAHS患者76例作为研究对象,依据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组接受持续气道正压通气(CPAP)治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合接受高压氧治疗,比较2组呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、最长呼吸暂停时间、拇指末端最低血氧饱和度、症状评分、不良反应。结果:观察组治疗后AHI、最长呼吸暂停时间少于对照组,拇指末端最低血氧饱和度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后白天嗜睡、晨起口干、夜间觉醒、睡眠打鼾评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗期间不良反应发生率为10.53%,与对照组不良反应发生率13.16%差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高压氧治疗OSAHS能更有效减轻症状,改善PSG监测指标,治疗安全性高,有良好应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the effect of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods:A total of 76 OSAHS patients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as subjects.According to the treatment method,they were divided into observation group(n=38)and control group(n=38).The control group received continuous positive airway pressure Ventilation(coutinuous positive airway pressure,CPAP)treatment,the observation group was combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment on the basis of the control group.The apnea hypopnea index(AHI),the longest apnea time,the lowest oxygen saturation of thumb,symptom score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:AHI and longest apnea time in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the lowest oxygen saturation at the end of thumb was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of daytime sleepiness,morning dry mouth,night awakening and sleep snoring in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.53%,which was not significantly different from that in the control group(13.16%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen therapy for OSAHS can effectively relieve symptoms,improve PSG examination results,and has high safety and good application value.
