健康宣教在甲状腺癌转移灶全身显像中的应用及对患者睡眠质量的影响

The Application of Health Education in the Whole Body Imaging of Thyroid Cancer Metastasis and Its Effect on Sleep Quality of Patients

目的:探究健康宣教在甲状腺癌转移灶全身显像中的应用效果及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年12月厦门大学附属第一医院接收的甲状腺癌转移患者60例作为研究对象,按随机排列法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组施行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上进行系统化健康宣教。比较2组全身显像检查认知情况及睡眠质量。结果:护理后观察组认知度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后2组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)各项评分均低于护理前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对甲状腺癌转移灶行全身显像检查患者实施健康宣教能够提高患者的认知度,改善患者的睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore the application effect of health education in the whole body imaging of thyroid cancer metastasis and its influence on the sleep quality of patients.Methods:A total of 60 patients with thyroid cancer metastasis received by our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected for the study,which was divided into control group(30 cases)and study group(30 cases)according to the random arrangement method,and the systematic health education was carried out on the basis of the routine care.the cognitive status and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the recognition score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)in the two groups were lower than that before nursing(P<0.05),and the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education can improve the patients′recognition and sleep quality.
