高压氧对多种疾病引起睡眠障碍的疗效观察

Observation on the Efficacy of Hyperbaric Oxygen In the Treatment of Sleep Disorders Caused by Various Diseases

目的:观察多种疾病引起睡眠障碍行高压氧治疗的疗效。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年8月冠县人民医院收治的多种疾病引起睡眠障碍的患者60例作为研究对象,均根据入院顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予高压氧治疗。比较2个组别PSQI评分及生命质量。结果:2组别PSQI评分及生命质量各维度评分比较发现(P<0.05),说明差异有统计学意义。结论:多种疾病引起睡眠障碍行高压氧治疗的疗效显著,即可显著提升其睡眠质量和生命质量,值得推广研究。

Objective:To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on sleep disorders caused by various diseases.Methods:From January 2018 to August 2019,60 patients with sleep disorders caused by various diseases were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission,30 in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the experimental group was given hyperbaric oxygen treatment.PSQI scores and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The PSQI scores and the quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on sleep disorders caused by various diseases is significant,which can significantly improve the quality of sleep and quality of life,and it is worth popularizing research.
